Hello lovelies! Welcome back to EY! This week I got to sit down with Ellie, to chat about her battle with a childhood cancer called Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma. She was given an 80% of dying, five years out from diagnosis. We not only talked about her diagnosis and treatment but what life looks like now, as she moves farther into adulthood being a survivor and out of treatment for nearly four years! Ellie is an inspiration to me and so many people. She is a survivor, advocate and just recently wrote a booklet for young women who have gone through menopause, due to their cancer treatment, just like herself!
