How we choose to build our lives is important because there will be many things coming our way to flood us out. The intent will be to beat us down, to tear us down and test our foundation. If the foundation is not solid then it will be hard to survive. Storms are inevitable we can not avoid them, but we can be anchored for them.  If you going through anything in your life right now  your foundation is being tested!

Balance is not evenly distributing things in your life ,but prioritizing things to bring order in your life. If you are anything like me you struggling to keep it! Creating a balance life means making time for the things you have to do as well as things you want to do.

As Mother’s Day is approaching we want to celebrate and honor all mothers.  As we celebrate Mothers we cannot stay in denial of the hidden trauma most mothers have experienced.  If you are anything like me you raised your children with unresolved trauma.  Many Mothers were severely under-mothered themselves and had no idea how to parent their children.  “Unresolved trauma in mothers has intergenerational effects.”

When we are lacking in our lives we do not have the full amount of it that we need in order to function normally or work properly. We basically become Deficient!

In order for us to grow in faith we must be uprooted out of fear!
