Today's episode I'm calling from Los Angeles where I talk about a tool for time management called Anchor Points.
Using these things to help nail down an anchor point to finally get you going and start building some momentum.
1. Accountability
2. Consistency
3. Doing One Task At A Time
I had a short lived dream of becoming a cinematographer but there's so much you learn in the process even if things don't work out the first time.
What's the short lived dream you tried out and didn't pan out the way you thought it would?

Think of thoughts as clouds just passing by. We can become the observer of the clouds without getting caught up in the rain but sometimes we carry the clouds around with us.
Today’s episode talks about how we can choose to have a good day even if it’s raining. Don’t bring an umbrella to Portland 😅
The Daydreamers Book
It really takes a community to help you fulfill your dreams. Who's in your community? How do you find one?
I break down a few ways to start cultivating that sense of community by:
1. Finding the things that interest you
2. Be fully yourself
3. Invest in yourself & your community

Join me in today's episode with a mindfulness walk and get some clarity going for your day.
How many times have you doubted your creative abilities because you didn't know how to paint or write a book?
Well, that's not the only way we can be creative in our day to day lives. Making a new recipe for dinner is being creative, building out a whole Google Slide presentation about a new business plan takes creativity. It starts with leaning in on what makes you, you.
You need:
1. Consistency
2. Knowing how to articulate your ideas to others
How can you use these to solve problems and shake out old routines with the resources you already have?
Thank you for listening! If you have ideas for future episodes, DM me on Twitter.
Following yesterday's episode on the inner critic, I call out a way to find your muse and by following your curiosity. What does a muse sound, look or feel like to you?
Thanks for listening!

What do you call your inner critic? The one that tells you you're not good enough or no one is going to appreciate your work. My critic is named Sally and I talk about what it's like to live with her. What's your inner critic called?

How often to you hear "I don't have enough time?" or you say it to yourself?
In today's episode I talk about timing, literally. Timing how long it takes to get things done gets you in the momentum of getting things done so you can catch yourself the next time you have this thought.
