The workplace has changed a lot over the last two years. Great Resignation, Great Renegotiation, Great Pushback, Quiet Quitting, Quiet Firing and Overemployment (which is not about your boss overworking you) are all changing the way the workplace is viewed. It is almost like employers and employees are renegotiating the employment contract or agreement, with both having changed expectations.
How long the phenomena of Great Resignation, Great Renegotiation, Great Pushback, Quiet Quitting, Quiet Firing and Overemployment impact the workplace remains to be seen. But,at least for the current period, Great Resignation, Great Renegotiation, Great Pushback, Quiet Quitting, Quiet Firing and Overemployment are making an impact – even if it’s only to generate a lot of conversations and debates.
