Well it seems Enzo was legitimately in the hopsital yesterday, but not for the reason Nia Jax stated when she blew off Alexa Bliss prior to her match against Asuka. There's some major news that hasn't been broken in a lot of places concerning Carmella. The Paige injury situation, while minor in comparison to the injury that kept her out for a year, is serious enough that WWE isn't taking any chances with her at the moment.

It's a poorly kept secret that last night's partial Bullet Club reunion was done in response to Thursday's WrestleKingdom 12 event in Tokyo. However, someone at WWE corporate forgot to tell the person in charge of their UK Twitter what they could not say, and Matt Jackon of The Young Bucks had quite the response.

There is a very hot rumor flying concerning Shane McMcahon's possible involvement at this year's WrestleMania. If you watched the Mae Young Classic you saw quite a bit of great talent, many of whom have signed contracts. However, it is one of the competitors who didn't sign a contract that might be more interesting, and we will have that story.

We'll cover these and a host of other stories, so start your year off right with Steve, Katie and Sean tonight.

This is it, the last live broadcast of 2017, and we are definitely not going out with a whimper, but a roar!

In the original GLOW (not to be confused with the Netflix version) Kellie Favara created a female Road Warrior type character known as Beastie. This actually beautiful redheaded Southern girl transformed herself into a wild woman with a crazy hairdo colored in silver, multicolored face paint, dark shoulder pads and leather. With an imposing physical presence as well as a growl designed to intimidate wrestling fan and opponent alike. She was in numerous feature matches durin her time on the show, including being a contender for the GLOW crown. Outside the ring and without the gear, she is a wonderful person and also a film actress with at least one feature to her credit.

We are also talking to our other GLOW friends to see if Beastie gets any company (she may be too intimidating to the rest of the crew). We may also be joined by semi regular "Crusher" Knopf as well as many others.

We would like to thank you, our faithful fans/listeners for sticking with us this year through a lot of changes and situtaions that would have finished other shows, but instead made us stronger and tighter. We hope you will enjoy this final livve broadcast of 2017 and look forward with us to what 2018 will bring.

It's hard to believe we're in the last week of 2017. We would like to take a moment to thank all of you wonderful fans, both long time and new, who listen to us every week and make what we do worth doing.

There is actually quite a bit of news as well as some serious opinion going on in the industry. WWE did the first of a two night stint in Chicago (technically Rosemont, but that wouldn't sell) and will finish with what is supposed to be a knockout edition of SmackDown Live tonight so of course we'll be reviewing that. It wouldn't be a week in our industry without Jim Cornette going on a rant about something going on in the business and he goes on a long one (so long we're slicing it in half and will play part in hour 1 and the rest in hour 2) where he goes after his favorite targets, Joey Ryan and the Bullet Club, along with some new targets who he feels should know better.

A former WWF Womens Champion is getting ready to make her return to the ring after many years away and another former WWE star may be headed to another company after the first of the year. We now have further information on the injury Dean Ambrose suffered this week and how long he could be out of action. We also have an early line on the first Womens Royal Rumble. Meanwhile, another star is saying this could be his last Rumble. There is some news coming out of Tommy Dreamer's House Of Hardcore concerning their next major event.

All this and more, including who will be on W.A.R tomorrow night with Katie and Steve and Sean tonight.

Next week, Powerhouse Entertainment launches their "Winter Warfare Tour" which we have been heavily promoting. Tonight, in advance of next week's events in Illinois and Wisconsin we are bringing you some of the stars of these events.

Charles Wright is a WWE Hall Of Fame member. As Kama Mustafa, Papa Shango, and of course The Godfather, Charles entertained audiences throughout the world. As Papa Shango, the voodoo man is most well known for his "posession" of the late Hall Of Fame member The Ultimate Warrior, leading to an "Exorcist" inspired scene that repulsed many WWF fans. Once the flamboyant Wright donned the colorful pimp inspired outfits (made, as he said in his Hall Of Fame acceptance speech, by his wife) and came to the ring accompanied by his "Hos", The Godfather became a major star during the late 1990s, which included a run as Intercontinental Champion.

Steve gets to talk to one of his fellow striped shirt brethern when former WWE & Impact referee Justin King joins us. Justin, who resides in Rantoul in downstate Illinois, will be the referee for the tour. It will be fun to hear another official's point of view on the industry and the role of the referee.

Also joining us will be Steve's long time friend, WWE Hall Of Fame member Road Warrior Animal, who is also scheduled to appear on the tour, as well as our friends from Georgia Wrestling Extreme, who ran a Toys For Tots benefit this past weekend.

Get ready for a fun evening, which we will encourage you to call in to listen as we believe we will go well over the alotted two hour live online air time.

Earlier this afternoon, a picture surfaced of a former Impact star backstage at tonight's SmackDown Live. We will keep watch on the situation while we are on air. After last night's re-debut of Hideo Itami, business is about to pick up, especially in the Cruiserweight Division. Speaking of the Cruiserweights, two main roster stars have been added to the upcoming tour, apparently to boost what are reported as severly lagging ticket sales. There are also already very hot rumors of a major non wrestling star making their official WWE debut at Royal Rumble.

The Ambrose injury last night was not a storyline and we will talk about it tonight. Could The Big Show be headed to...THE COMMENTARY TABLE? He has voiced his interest in a recent interview we'll talk about. Have you noticed that WWE matches are not being anoounced for one fall anymore. Of course there's a reason for it, and of course Vince McMahon is behind that reason, which we will discuss.

Was Chris Jericho behind a recent move at Impact Wrestling? He won't say it in so many words but he discussed some of the things happening at Impact in light of a call he made. Speaking of Jericho, the stipulation for his much anticipated match with Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 12 has been announced, at it should help make it an early MOTY candidate.

All this and more, including an update on the health of Leon "Vader" White, with Katie, Sean and Steve-TONIGHT.

This was a special Tuesday segment because it fit with the schedule of our guest for that night. Maila Hosaka is one of the most well respected women wrestlers in the world. Her battles with legendary wrestler Madusa Micelli, AKA Alundra Blayze in WWF, helped make WCW Monday Nitro during the heyday of the Monday Night War. Malia, however, has done more than wrestle Madusa as we spoke about at length.

This is one of the shows we are very proud of and we hope you will enjoy this rebroadcast.

We are planning on hearing more stories about him and Jake with the legendary NWA World Champion, along with stories about his time in Dallas and the other territories he has worked in throughout his career.

We're starting to think we need to change our opening music the the theme from DRAGNET with all of the bad news involving wrestlers and allegations and arrests. We will go into great detail on the Rich Swann arrest, which is especially tough, not only because of Swann's position in WWE but because of who the victim is. Now while this was going on in Florida, a crime involving a member of Booker T's Reality Of Wrestling, also a domestic violence incident, this one with a tragic ending, was also happening. There is also more fallout from the Michael Elgin controversy as a major Midwest indy promotion has announced they will no longer use him based on further private messages concerning the Sean Orleans situation that came to light late last week. Paige has also somewhat come clean about her suspension. For those who care (both of you) we will talk about how long Impact lasted as a "Canadian based" company (hint, it wasn't as long as it took to tape all the TV).

In the more pleasant subject area, Chirs Jericho made a surprise appearance Sunday night in Japan, sending shockwaves through the crowd and making the already huge main event for Wrestle Kingdom 12 into the must see match of 2018, and it's still 2017 for three more weeks! Someone loves WOKEN Matt Hardy, maybe a little TOO much! Wait until you hear about the video that is now available on YouTube. Speaking of YouTube, a star made comments concerning former UFC star Ronda Rousey, who is now training for a rumored WrestleMania appearance, but then accepted an invitation to a wrestling show from one of our Lucha Underground friends. Michael Maurice Smith was born into the professional wrestling business. His Dad is none other than Aurlean Smith Sr., AKA Grizzly Smith. His half brother and sister are none other than Jake "The Snake" Roberts and Rocking Robin. You would think that with a pedigree like that he would be an instant success. Instead, Smith, toiling under the name Sam Houston, worked in relative obscurity, known primarily as a jobber in WCW, WWF, GWF and USWA.

Much like his more famous half brother, Houston became involved with drugs and alcohol. Also like his famous half brother, he was able to clean up and sober up. He also became a staunch born again Christian and still does wrestling, but now with a more positive outlook than he has had throughout the previous years.

It is an honor to have this fine gentleman joining us tonight, we hope you will enjoy hearing his story as much as we will in allowing him to bring it

Yesterday afternoon we were hit with the shocking news that Ring Of Honor/New Japan star Michael Elgin had deleted his social media accounts and had sold his Illinois promotion Glory Pro Wrestling. What happened that caused him to do such a complete ending of things? After wading through all the rumors we have found out the full story and we will tell you what we know about the situation and the reaction to it.

Speaking of reactions, last night, the audience at RAW was treated to the official introduction to WOKEN Matt Hardy and they were DELIGHTED! We will play the audio of the segment so that Katie, who lost her feed in the middle of the show, will get to hear this goosebump raising segment. Speaking of Katie, she had quite the WONDERFUL day of birth celebration, and we will have her report on it.

Luke Harper had to come off the recent Peru-Mexico tour, but it was not for anything bad. We will explain why he left early. Kevin Owens' wife recently had one of her social media accounts hacked anda false rumor was posted on it.
