The barber is the best psychologist a man can have.

And a barbershop is often where men connect to their tribe, have conversations and take some well needed time to relax.

One fateful day my conversation with my barber Dylan led him, 30 and me, 46 to get tested for ADHD…and, as luck would have it we both tested positive.

Getting diagnosed later in life was eye opening, freeing and somewhat overwhelming at times.

Having people like Dylan in my life have made the journey of discovery more fun and relatable. 

in this episode we talk about how we found out we had ADHD, give a brief (fairly non-scientific) explanation of what ADHD is and discuss some of our current management strategies…all while confusing Myles by our definitions.
