Hello Soul Family,

Heres your daily meditation to get you started with your new week. I know it's long, but it truly doesn't feel like it.

I channeled Archangel Metatron in this meditation. He had come through a bit earlier when I pulled the Archangel Oracle card, "Chakra Clearing", so he was ready to come through it was effortless and felt great. His messages were wonderful and I believe he talked for at least 15 minutes-maybe longer and that is also why this is a longer meditation. Channeling tends to do that.

As always we work with our Energy Bodies and our Chakras, but this time we are working with Metatron and our Merkabas as well.

He gives a lot of empowering messages and help for us at this time, but remembering his messages and all that he said when you are back from the meditation is always difficult.

The way around that is to listen to the channeling when you're not meditating. It's the only way to consciously remember what was said.

FYI-He guides us to take a shower/bath as soon as we can after this mediation, to continue to work with him, your energy bodies and your Merkaba-so be prepared for that. But always go as guided and do this meditation when you are called to do it, regardless of when you may be able to bathe afterwards.

Hello Soul Family, We just so happen to have our first daily meditation on the landing of our May 2020 Stargate, 5.15.2020.

This was not planned, at least consciously, but it certainly does help to ease the feeling of pressure and tiredness when dealing with a the last day of a Stargate. Also, connecting with The Abundance Matrix on this day will help you solidify with the highest vibrational timelines as we exit this Stargate, and begin the 2nd Phase of May 2020.

I did feel that issues with digestion, either constipation, sour belly, diarrhea, loss of appetite or food sensitivities have been an issue for the collective these last few days. Anxiety & stress has been a factor, and we have peaked through the Stargate when many people have become more and more uncomfortable with the current conditions of reality, and this usually stems from feeling out of control.

Whether it's your own feelings or simply that you have been feeling or witnessing this in the collective-still affects you-and maybe even a lot, depending on how sensitive you are to negative energies and how much you may filter for the collective and those around you.

If you've experienced any of these issues, this meditation should help out a lot.

It felt great to start my day doing and facilitating this meditation and I truly hope it helps you to feel better and that you feel more energized & connected-throughout your own body, through and to your Guides, Guardians and of course your own Soul.
