In this Mindfulness with Megan series (my first video episode -- yikes!), I dive into practical tips, tools, and techniques to get grounded and stay grounded in our daily lives. No matter how much stress you might be facing (aren't we all these days?), this episode is sure to provide you with some helpful ideas and questions to reflect on for your own groundeding practice. I also provide a bit of a glimpse of the amazing retreat I went to this weekend (The Challenge: Season 2, hosted by Emily Schromm).
