In today’s video were speaking all about jealousy. Did you know there is a difference between jealousy and envy? In this conversation we will go over how jealousy can be healthy depending on how you choose to use it. We also we will speak on how it connects back to childhood trauma for many people.

We often think jealousy is something that is only found in women because jealousy its an emotion or feeling and that’s a feminine trait, but I’m here to tell you that it’s not one sided. This subject goes both ways today. I’m so excited to speak on this topic as jealousy is something very normal and common. Let’s break it all down!

Have you ever wondered if you’re a good friend or not? Do you take the time out to check if the ones you’re keeping around are still the right friends for you? In this video we discuss the signs and traits of building and maintaining a healthy friendship. I also personally give a story time of when I was let down by a friend and a time when I myself failed at being a good friend.

My hopes for this video is that it helps you better distinguish what kind of friend is right for you. Friendships can be very valuable to our lives and as a collective we should only be connecting with healthy friends.
