Hi world, it's Jenguin! On today's episode, I explain why I go MIA often and I reflect on some things that I'm just recently discovering about my personality and why I handle things the way I do. I honestly don't think it's healthy for people, in this age of social media, to go go go without giving themselves a REAL break to unwind, heal and be in a good place without all the pressure. So, I've promised myself that I'm not gonna be hard on myself for TAKING MY TIME to do this anymore! About half way thru the episode, we sit and look back on our childhood self and give them some love. A bit of self-healing and reflecting with me is what you'll do. Hi world, it's Jenguin! Today I talk all about so many good, happy things that have been happening in my life but how at the same time....it can all be brought down by terrible circumstances. I don't always know how to balance these types of things! All I know is that I needed to channel all my energy into doing something good for someone else and just FEELING all the things. Life is gonna be a lot of ups and downs and that's okay. Sometimes, when you've had a good spout of happy things, it's only a matter of time until the world slaps you in the face. I open up about some deep things that I would love to talk about with future guests but of course, I end it all on a happy note...you know...so that we can go to bed in peace and feeling lighter.
