The lads are back again but minus Nog (the handsome one) as they bring you a remarkable guest, Emma Picton-Jones, a champion of mental health in the rural community following the creation of the DPJ foundation, named after her husband Dan who, aged just 34, took his own life after battling depression in 2016.
Emma, from Pembrokeshire, launched the charity to support farmers with their mental health. The group encourages people in rural communities to open up and talk about the subject with counselling services and a phone line also available.
If you would like help with any mental health issues you can contact the DPJ foundation on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Their Share the Load helpline operates 24/7 and is a confidential counselling referral service which operates specifically for those who work in agriculture.
