What isssss UP - it’s Erica Nicole, and here is an episode I recorded on the eve of my 29th birthday, I spill on (then) what I was processing from a heart ache that had wounds that were still fresh. I’m talking fast, moving around constantly, and it’s clear I’m dealing with a lot of feeling. Yucky, right....I originally had no intention of sharing this emotional embarrassment for SO many narcissistic reasons. However; I deliver this snip (6 months later) of what I was dang near ready to share, but didn’t have the courage to at the time.
