It's the new online programme for families, teachers and schools who believe in young people’s potential. It’s for anyone who wants to help children, families, teachers and school communities to be healthy, happy and be their best. 

Me Power Academy will help people flourish in the face of life’s challenges. It is based on Tougher Minds' award-winning education programmes and works with mobiles, tablets and desktops.

For this podcast we spoke to Me Power Head of Education, Andrew Foster, about the revision and exam period that is now underway for many young people. Whether that is for GCSEs, A levels or other types of exams, there are a set of common challenges and issues.
