Exam Preparation: Control the Controllables

A little bit of stress is not a bad thing - it helps motivate students to revise for exams, but too much or too little can lead to students giving up on revision for a variety of reasons. But how can we enable students to deal with exam stress (the worrying thoughts they may have) in the build up to exams. In this podcast we look at two strategies - controlling the controllables and 'if…then …' thinking.
