Brett talks with Dr. Hill about her decision making process to apply for the full time position of CMS Superintendent after serving as the interim before diving into the situation she inherited when she took charge of the school system + what she identified as key things she needed to improve when she arrived. 

Later in the interview she addresses the theory that CMS might be too big to operate successfully + why she thinks that there isn't any reason CMS shouldn't be able to become the best district in North Carolina. 

They also talk about some of the specific changes Dr. Hill has made in her tenure at CMS, pay structure at the school system and questions about those she's hired on at CMS.
