The White Bull in Decatur is well known for their handmade pastas, light and airy vibe, and food so fresh it came straight from the farm to the kitchen.

But there's a lot more behind the brand than just gluten filled dishes worthy of making your mouth water. We interviewed Executive Chef Pat Pascarella who has been behind the restaurant since its grand debut in 2017.
