The Exeter Underground ep 38 has Kev and Jerry talking about THE END OF THE LAWSUIT!! and what cowards the Supervisors are. They also discuss Ted Gardella's inability to speak to what is being said, preferring to speak about what he WANTS to hear, the coming of Droopy Dog, and the Supes get "the right of first refusal" completely wrong.

The unconstitutional temporary injunction they were granted no longer applies, and I am putting ep 35 back in the show listing. This is the episode that contains portions of "the report", the McMain, Connell and Linehauser report that exonerates Supervisor Dave Hughes of harassment charges. It exposes the other Supervisors as the liars that they are, and crushes their Idiot's Resolution against Hughes.
