A soothing reading of chapters 24 to 27 of Exodus. Moses goes up on Mount Sinai to meet with God, he is given the stone tablets with the Ten Commandments and the people of Israel agree to follow those laws. Then God gives the instructions for exactly how they should build the Arc and the Tabernacle.
