Guard Your Heart for Good Mental & Spiritual Health
In this episode of ExousiaPower, Dr. E. Michelle Mickens explores how important it is for kingdom women to guard their hearts, that is, protect their minds, thoughts, emotions, feelings, & mental perception to achieve and maintain good mental as well as spiritual health. There’s a powerful quote, “ The quality of your life is determined by the quality of your mindset…” which sums up how important it is to filter your thoughts. What you set your mind on determines the course of your life. Proverbs 4:23 says it best: “Guard your heart with all diligence, for from it flows the issues of life.”
