And in this episode we're talking about taking on international work, something Simon and his team pretty much did straight out of the gate when they started the company. Now, in my head, I mean, taking on international projects sounds like a mammoth task. Running a business is hard enough, let alone throwing into the mix things like different languages, different times zones and different currencies.   

So I wanted to get Simon on the show to firstly talk  about his experiences with building the company, but he also shares his insights into where most companies go wrong when expanding internationally.
