Cindy Joseph was born in 1951. She was a make up artist for 27 years and was sought after as a model at 49 yrs of age in 1999. Cindy has had a thriving modeling career since, represented by Ford Models Inc.

Cindy launched Boom! by Cindy Joseph in 2010, which is the first pro-age cosmetic line consisting of organic skin care and parred down cosmetics for realistic beauty. She also has a weekly video blog, Saturday's with Cindy, which is posted on Experience Life Magazine/Just Cindy as well as www.boombycindyjoseph.com, she speaks about matters that matter to women from self esteem and aging, to hair, skin care, diet, exercise, group living and more.

Frank Forencich is an internationally-recognized leader in health education and performance training. He earned his B.A. at Stanford University in human biology and neuroscience and has over 30 years teaching experience. David S. Ludwig, MD, PhD is a practicing pediatrician and researcher at Boston Children’s. He holds the rank of Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and Professor of Nutrition at Harvard School of Public Health. Dr Ludwig is Founding Director of the Optimal Weight for Life (OWL) program at Children's Hospital, one of the country’s oldest and largest multidisciplinary clinics for the care of overweight children. He also directs the New Balance Foundation Obesity Prevention Center. His research focuses on the effects of diet on hormones, metabolism and body weight. In particular, he developed a novel “low glycemic” diet (i.e., one that decreases the surge in blood sugar after meals) for the treatment of obesity and prevention of type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Dr. Ludwig is Principal Investigator on numerous grants from the National Institutes of Health, has published over 100 scientific articles, and presently serves as Contributing Writer for JAMA. He is author of a book on childhood obesity for parents entitled Ending the Food Fight: Guide Your Child to a Healthy Weight in a Fast Food/Fake Food World (Houghton Mifflin, 2007).
