We drove over to Wenatchee, WA for a quick weekend trip to hopefully view the turning of the Larches from green to yellow needles. Does that make us tree huggers to drive 6 hours roundtrip on our day off to "look at pretty trees"...if so, I'll embrace that moniker!! It was amazingly beautiful. We can't encourage you enough to make that drive in October to absorb the Fall vibes in this area. Plus we got a dusting of snow that just enhanced the entire vibe 10 fold.
