In today's discussion me, Anthony and Samantha
reviewed the information we reserved based on our
case study which we used as the evidence to
evaluate how important art is to a person's well-
being and can it improve well-being or not? That
was the final question. As the result of our
discussion, we all agreed that based on the
research and personal experience plus observations
art does impact mental health. Art and music can
increase a person's mood, make them more
initiative, and creative. By creating your own art you
as a person become not only creative but you learn
how to be in control, how to manage emotions and
trust the process. Besides that art will open up your
eyes about how different we all are, our tastes are
different as well and not every kind of art is good for
every single person. Another great point that we
made is that art can connect people. You can get to
know a lot of new friends by simply talking about
art, creating art together, or just find people with
similar interests.
