Today I sit down to discuss all aspects of Halloween Costumes with Emma Cogan, a horror-focused filmmaker, costume designer, art director, and co-creator of the queer-feminist horror collective Monstrous Femme Films. With a penchant for surreal, retro, and technicolor visuals, Emma’s work utilizes stylized genre film as a backdrop for exploring the twisted side of the human condition- juxtaposing camp with the macabre.
