In this episode, I’m joined by Daniel Paul, Theo Schafer, and Theo Krantz to celebrate the culmination of our year-and-a-half-long side quest to preserve a major piece of paranormal history.

What started as a deep dive into the Integratron and its creator, George Van Tassel, eventually led me out to the desert to meet a man named Don McKinney. Don was holding on to an incredible archive, including original Integratron blueprints, hundreds of reel-to-reel channeling tapes, rare photos, film, manuscripts, and historical documents, that was becoming too massive for one person to preserve. After bringing in Theo and Theo to help organize it, Daniel Paul and I set out to find a museum that could give this collection the home and restoration it deserved.

Today, I’m thrilled to announce that The Don McKinney Collection has officially been acquired by The Huntington Museum. They’ve already begun restoring the materials, and select pieces will be on display this October during their Strange Science event, where Daniel and I will also be speaking. In this episode, we talk through the entire process of saving this archive, reflect on the journey, and, naturally, go on a few completely unrelated tangents.

He said that he needed to take her in for questioning in regard to her boyfriend, which made sense given the people her boyfriend was involved with at the time. She got into the police car, and as they drove through the streets of Berlin, she had a terrible feeling something was not right.

Camp Wolfeboro: At Boy Scout camp 14-year-old Ryan and a small group of scouts set out to test a local ghost story about a fatal accident near the river. Standing by the camp's bridge in total darkness, they waited to see if the rumored apparition would actually show up.

The Displaced Tent: While camping alone by an isolated freshwater spring in Newport, Washington, 20-year-old Drew was abruptly jolted awake from a terrifying nightmare in the middle of his final night. Paul was driving up to Virginia to see his girlfriend at the time when he came across a hitchhiker. This man asked to be dropped off at a Burger King close to where Paul was heading and said that he was "going to meet Life and have some words with him." Confused, but intrigued, by this cryptic statement Paul agreed to take this hitchhiker to his destination. Once at Burger King, a man approached Paul in his truck and delivered strange prophetic messages with meanings that would only reveal themselves years later.
