الكَوْاكِب

الأَرض كَوْكَب.

الكَوْكَب هُوَ كائِن ضَخم يُسافِر حَوْل نَجم.

الأَرض تَدور حَوْلَ الشَمس.

الشَمسُ هِيَ نَجمَة كَبيرَة.

سَبعَةُ كَوْاكِب أُخرى أَيْضاً تَدور حَوْل الشَمس.

دَعونا نَدرُسُها!

عَطارِد هُوَ الأَقرَبُ إلى الشَمس.

عَطارِد هُوَ أَصغَرُ كَوْكَب.

يَبدو و كَأَنَّهُ القَمَر.

الزُهرَة هُوَ الكَوْكَب التالي بَعدَ عَطارِد.

يُمكِنُكَ رُؤْيَةَ فينوس في اللَيْالي الوْاضِحَة.

إنَّهُ كَوْكَب مُشرِق جِدّاً.

الأَرض هِيَ الكوكب التالي بَعدَ فينوس.

الأَرضُ هِيَ الكَوْكَب الوَحيد اَلَّذي بِهِ حياة عَلى حَدِّ عِلمِنا.

المَريخ هُوَ الكَوْكَب التالي بَعد الأَرض.

المَرّيخُ كَوْكَبٌ أَحمَر.

اللَوْنُ يَأتي مِن الصُخور.

كَوْكَب المُشتَرى هُوَ الكَوْكب التالي بَعد المَرّيخ.

هَذا هُوَ أَكبَرُ كَوْكَب.

تَتَكَوَّنُ خُطوط المُشتَرى مِن الرِيْاح القَوِيَّة.

زُحَل هُوَ الكَوْكَب التالي بَعدَ كَوْكَب المُشتَرى.

زُحَل لَدَيْهِ حَلَقاتٌ جَميلَة.

الحَلَقات مَصنوعَة مِن الصُخور و الجَليد.

أورانوس هُوَ الكَوْكَب التالي بَعدَ زُحَل.

أورانوس أَزرَق و أَخضَر في اللَوْن.

اللَوْن يَأتي مِن غاز.

نِبتون أَزرَقٌ و مُشرِقٌ جِدّاً.

نِبتون هُوَ أَبعَد كَوْكَب مِن الشَمس.

اِستَغرَقَت سفينة الفضاء هّذِه اِثنَيْ عَشَرَ عاماً لِلوُصولِ إلى هُناك!

A planet is a huge object that travels around a star.

Earth travels around the sun.

The sun is a big star.

Seven other planets also travel around the sun.

Venus is the planet after Mercury.

You can see Venus on clear nights.

Ιt is a very bright planet.

Earth is the planet after Venus.

Earth is the only planet we know of with life.

Mars is a red planet.

The color comes from rocks.

Jupiter is the planet after Mars.

It is the biggest planet.

Jupiter's stripes are made by strong winds.

Saturn is the planet after Jupiter.

Saturn has beautiful rings.

The rings are made of rocks and ice.

Uranus is the planet after Saturn.

Uranus is blue-green in color.

The color comes from a gas.

Neptune is blue and very bright.

Neptune is the farthest planet from the sun.

It took this spaceship twelve years to get there!

al-ʾarḍ tadūr ḥawla al-šams.

al-šamsu hiya naǧmah kabīrah.

sabʿaẗu kawākib ʾuḫrā ʾayḍan tadūr ḥawl al-šams.

daʿūnā nadrusuhā!

ʿaṭārid huwa al-ʾaqrabu ʾilā al-šams.

ʿaṭārid huwa ʾaṣġaru kawkab.

yabdū wa kaʾannahu al-qamar.

al-zuhrah huwa al-kawkab al-tal-ī baʿda ʿaṭārid.

yumkinuka ruʾuyaẗa fīnūs fī al-layal-ī al-wāḍiḥah.

ʾinnahu kawkab mušriq ǧiddan.

al-ʾarḍ hiya al-kūkb al-tal-ī baʿda fīnūs.

al-ʾarḍu hiya al-kawkab al-waḥīd allaḏī bihi ḥīāh ʿalā ḥaddi ʿilminā.

al-marīḫ huwa al-kawkab al-tal-ī baʿd al-ʾarḍ.

al-marrīḫu kawkabun ʾaḥmar.

al-lawnu yaʾtī min al-ṣuḫūr.

kawkab al-muštarā huwa al-kawkb al-tal-ī baʿd al-marrīḫ.

haḏā huwa ʾakbaru kawkab.

tatakawwanu ḫuṭūṭ al-muštarā min al-riyāḥ al-qawiyyah.

zuḥal huwa al-kawkab al-tal-ī baʿda kawkab al-muštarā.

zuḥal ladayhi ḥalaqātun ǧamīlah.

al-ḥalaqāt maṣnūʿah min al-ṣuḫūr wa al-ǧalīd.

ʾūrānūs huwa al-kawkab al-tal-ī baʿda zuḥal.

ʾūrānūs ʾazraq wa ʾaḫḍar fī al-lawn.

al-lawn yaʾtī min ġāz.

nibtūn ʾazraqun wa mušriqun ǧiddan.

nibtūn huwa ʾabʿad kawkab min al-šams.

istaġraqat sfīnh al-fḍāʾ hhḏih iṯnay ʿašara ʿāman lilwuṣūli ʾilā hunāk!
