Paul Gabrail is a principle-driven value investor renowned for his wealth-building strategies in stocks, real estate, and business development. As the founder and host of Everything Money, a YouTube channel with over 265,000 subscribers and 2,700 videos, Paul educates his audience on cultivating the mindset, emotional discipline, and processes essential for long-term wealth creation.

Born in Mosul, Iraq, in 1981, Paul relocated with his family to England at six weeks old, where his parents, both doctors, pursued additional training. At age three, the family sought political asylum in the United States, eventually settling in Canton, Ohio, in 1990. Paul’s investment journey began in high school during the late 1990s Internet boom. Inspired by Warren Buffett, he shifted from speculation to value investing, viewing stocks as business ownership. This pivotal realization shaped his career.

A 2003 University of Michigan economics graduate, Paul founded The Crossroads Group, focusing on apartment investments in Ohio. During the 2007-2008 Great Financial Crisis, while others avoided real estate and stocks, Paul seized opportunities, acquiring hundreds of apartments and millions in stocks, yielding significant returns. Today, he manages over 1,000 real estate units across Ohio, Indiana, Texas, Mexico, Turks & Caicos, Ireland, and Scotland. His recent ventures include a 200-unit apartment complex in Louisville, Kentucky, and plans for two lake homes as rental properties. His stock investments target undervalued companies with strong future cash flow potential, chosen agnostic of personal biases.

Launched as a podcast in 2018 and on YouTube in 2020, Everything Money teaches viewers to evaluate businesses’ financials, project growth, analyze real estate deals, and refine business strategies. Paul’s insights have earned him interviews in publications like The Property Investor.

Beyond investing, Paul is an avid chess player with a 1750 rating on chess.com, having played 300 games monthly since 2016 and missing only one day. He lives in Moreland Hills, Ohio, with his wife Lisa, her three children, and one grandchild. Paul travels frequently, with London as his favorite destination. Originally from Kansas 🤠, Peter's adventure began in 2004 when he explored the world. After passing through 10+ Latin American countries, he finally landed in Santiago, Chile. He donned many hats there: professor, CNN Foreign Affairs correspondent, and daring entrepreneur.

In 2007, Peter leaped into the unknown, blending his love for travel, TV, and podcasting. His ventures have been spotlighted twice in the New York Times, and he even showed rock legends Steven Tyler and Paul McCartney around Chile 🇨🇱.

Fast forward to 2018, Peter became the charismatic host of AquiTeLasTraigoPeter.com, a hit cultural show on TVN.
