Today's episode is about starting over and living the story you've envisioned. I share two personal stories of letting go and starting over. Both times were not easy, but necessary. This is a two part episode. The first part is about focusing on yourself. When you focus on your goals, you're setting yourself up for leadership. However, during a season of focus does often lead to moments of self-doubt. When you stay in self-doubt, people often fall into the trap of "kissing ass" and to much ass kissing leads to stinky breath. Overall, the message of today's topic is that while you're busy self doubting, people watching are afraid of your potential.
