In episode 6 we talk about moments in our lives when quitting became an option. We discuss the difference between giving up and adapting, and the power of “one more”. Towards the end of our discussion we get deep into personal fears, but despite those fears we know that giving up is not an option.

On this episode we talk about feeling nervous stepping outside your comfort zone. However, we also reassure you that just because it’s scary it doesn’t mean you’re incapable. You just have to do what you’re afraid of doing.

In episode 4 we discuss how to never let your plan B become your plan A. Meaning, never give up your goals just because you're not where you think you should be. Which also leads right into us talking about how sucking at something is the first step to becoming great at something. Tell us what your experience has been so far in reaching your goals, and if you feel like quitting, hear us out first.
