My Therapy session, I was a broken egg, cracked, scrambled, fried and boiling with confusion, doubt, guilt and debt.

In this episode I come to the realisation that I will not be pushed or pulled, coerced and feeling under duress, the wall goes up instantly.

I’m my 20’s I would say and do things to please others (men). No longer that person or in that space, it’s about me, myself and eye!
