    Over and over again, humans have proved we need each other to survive; most importantly, we need God to aid our deliverance. Our land is sick; children are infected; many have gone astray, and others are confused.

    Amid these problems, there is hope, a future, and a story of triumph, which can only be accessed if we humble ourselves and seek the face of God.

  • Head over Water 7: 2020 Revealed in 2019

    The Lord laid it in my heart in 2019 to do a 31days prayer which was to be started on the 1st of December 2019. He specifically asked me to share my journey with his children. This was hard for me. I am shy! I don't have any knowledge of how to preach or teach. I hardly take my knowledge of God outside my comfort zone.

    Long story short, I did the 31 days prayer and recording which was published on my podcast. I didn't know what I was doing. My delivery was poor, it was hard to make an interesting recording, I didn't have a microphone, I used my phone for 31days, it was Christmas season, I needed to prepare for my family😥. It was not easy. I went on, one message that never left my lips was Pray, fast, reach out to the sick and needy, ask the holy spirit to be your driver all throughout 2020.

    On the 20th of December, I did another recording. The holy spirit spoke to me saying, "In 2020, a strong wind will blow, and only those who are firmly rooted in God will not be blown away".

    My brothers and sisters, the wind has started. I am so scared for the world. As Apostle Marcus said, this is not the time to be nonchalant.

  • Head over Water 5: I had 3 months to live.

    At this point we have a common threat, this is no time to act like this does not concern you. It concerns you and every one of your family so get off your high horses.

    I happen to live in Italy. Specifically in the Region where the first out breakfast took place. As of now, all outlets and business are closed. Italy as a whole is placed in quarantine.

    The coronavirus outbreak has been labelled a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO).

    WHO chief Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said the number of cases outside China had increased 13-fold in two weeks. He said he was "deeply concerned" by "alarming levels of inaction".

    A pandemic is a disease that is spreading in multiple countries around the world.

    The rate at which the numbers of victims are increasing is alarming. It is no longer safe to hangout with friends and family. Social media is literally all we have at this point.

    There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

    The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus.
    The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person.

    Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).

    Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
    These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs.

    Older adults and people who have severe underlying chronic medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing more serious complications from COVID-19 illness. Please consult with your health care provider about additional steps you may be able to take to protect yourself.

    Take steps to protect yourself

    Clean your hands often
    Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
    If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
    Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

    Avoid close contact

    Avoid close contact with people who are sick
    Put distance between yourself and other people if COVID-19 is spreading in your community. This is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting very sick.
    Take steps to protect others

    Stay home if you’re sick

    Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care.

    Cover coughs and sneezes

    Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.
    Throw used tissues in the trash.
    Immediately wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

    Wear a facemask if you are sick

    If you are sick: You should wear a facemask when you are around other people (e.g., sharing a room or vehicle) and before you enter a healthcare provider’s office. If you are not able to wear a facemask (for example, because it causes trouble breathing), then you should do your best to cover your coughs and sneezes, and people who are caring for you should wear a facemask if they enter your room. Learn what to do if you are sick.
    If you are NOT sick: You do not need to wear a facemask unless you are caring for someone who is sick (and they are not able to wear a facemask). Facemasks may be in short supply and they should be saved for caregivers.

    Clean and disinfect

    Clean AND disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
    If surfaces are dirty, clean them: Use detergent

    Prayer Protects

    Pray for loved ones by name, one by one. You can never pray too much for one person. Sometimes it helps to make a list of all the people that you need to pray for each day. Doing this not only offers us protection but also sets a great example for our children.

    Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that are common in people and many different species of animals, including camels, cattle, cats, and bats. Rarely, animal coronaviruses can infect people and then spread between people such as with MERS-CoV, SARS-CoV, and now with this new virus (named SARS-CoV-2).

    The SARS-CoV-2 virus is a betacoronavirus, like MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV.  All three of these viruses have their origins in bats. The sequences from U.S. patients are similar to the one that China initially posted, suggesting a likely single, recent emergence of this virus from an animal reservoir.

    Early on, many of the patients at the epicentre of the outbreak in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China had some link to large seafood and live animal market, suggesting animal-to-person spread. Later, a growing number of patients reportedly did not have exposure to animal markets, indicating person-to-person spread. Person-to-person spread was subsequently reported outside Hubei and in countries outside China, including in the United States. Some international destinations now have apparent community spread with the virus that causes COVID-19, meaning some people have been infected who are not sure how or where they became infected.
