Episode Notes: For several months we have been excited to bring on Stephanie Hale, Seattle Mariners, as she was on the top of several past guests' list of best person to get on the podcast. She did not disappoint and in fact we had so much to talk about that we will have her back for a part two! This episode is packed full of "good juice" and will grow and stretch you today. Last week we talked about it not being as complex as we think and today Stephanie challenges us that it does not have to take as long as we think to train our brains and bodies to get better. Breathing was the center of a lot of the conversation today and breath as the "agent of control" is something Jamie and I both left the conversation ready to steal and put into practice. We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity and know that you will be better today for listening. #liveeyesup

Episode Notes: Courtney is one of the most impressive individuals we have had on our podcast. She lives and coaches with a conviction of knowing who she is and where she comes from. What a way to lead! Her mission to pour into and develop strong, independent women like herself is something we are excited to promote. As a 22 year old she has recently taken over a storied program with multiple state championships, one of which she was a part of as a player, and has big shoes to fill left by previous coaches. It won't take you long to become a fan and to believe in the vision of where this already historic program is headed. We are all cheering for you Courtney and Go Broncs! Let's go.

Episode Notes: Ashley Harmon, Assistant Director of Clinical Behavioral Health, joins us from the basement of the University of Texas Football stadium where she leads a team serving the "whole" athlete. There are so many nuggets in here and reminders to SLOW DOWN. No matter who you are, what role, or what your goals are we need to be able to be in the present more often. Perhaps the greatest discussion in here is the one on identity and moving beyond "just" _______ (insert any role). Ashley reminds us that athletes ( and all of us) are people first and have some of the same issues as those non-athletes. Let's go.
