It’s All About the Aliyah
DESCRIPTION
A few years ago, when she was only 21, Mikayla took it upon herself to go to Ukraine in the winter by herself--where God said he would meet her. She went to interview the Jewish people who desired to make Aliyah and then to make something out of the stories she gathered (she didn't know what). In the process, God made something of her. She was transformed. Tune in to learn about this talented young woman’s metamorphosis as she gathered the stories of, and fell in love with, the courageous people immigrating to Israel.

It’s All About the Aliyah
DESCRIPTION
Christians by and large did not help the Jewish people during the Holocaust, but this week, as the world commemorates Holocaust Remembrance Day, Carrie discusses ways Christians can help now. Support for Aliyah is among one of the best ways to love and support the Jewish people. This program looks at Aliyah prior to, during (it was essentially cut off) and after the Holocaust. Gary and Carrie also touch briefly the history of Christian anti-Semitism. A sobering program like this gently helps believers in the areas of humility, compassion and demonstrating love.
Carrie Burns, PhD
Carrie is a story teller, in person or in print. Wherever she goes, she teaches about Israel, the Jewish people, the Holocaust and Judeo-Christian relations. In 2016, she volunteered at the former Death Camp and Memorial of Auschwitz which profoundly informed her attitudes and dispositions toward God, the Jewish people, the Church and Israel. Carrie serves as the International Liaison for the ministry partnership, Ezra International and Ministry to Israel.

The God of Israel answers prayers on behalf of His people. With a work so important to the heart of God, the evil one will throw obstacles in the way of Jewish families who want to return to Israel. Prayer is essential to combat the enemy and to bring about the plans and purposes of the God of Israel. Pat has seen it all and has stories to tell of seemingly insurmountable walls that were conquered through God’s answers to Christians’ prayers. Challenging situations encourage a strong prayer life and answers to prayer encourages intercession even more!
