Welcome to the F1 podcast that attempts two things: explores the psychology behind the personalities of F1 and puts a male friendship on display.
Join Milkbags in Vancovuer and JB in Toronto for the Formula 1 podcast that seeks to separate itself from the pack. We don't focus on tech, times or stats. We focus on historical precedent, human behaviour and a desire for F1 to retain some of its colourful personality in the face of an overwhelming corporatocracy.
In this Episode:
-We'll talk about Lando finding additive languaging that reinforces how much fun he's having.
-How we actually miss Christian Horner
-How to appreciate another man's haircut.
- Fingernail picking
- Clips versus podcasts
- Reframing that which is nauseating (just like Lando)
- Thailand
- Mid-race fueling
- How bad Baku is ... just like all street races.
-How much we like Oasis and Starsailor
- Baku is the capital city of Azerbaijan and the largest city in the world — below sea level (28 metres). Baku has a Population of 2 million. Azerbaijan is a small country on the Caspian Sea. Population 10 million. It shares borders with Armenia, Russia, Georgia, Iran.
Recent elections kept the ruling family in power once again with 92% of the votes going to incumbent lham Aliyev and just 2% of the votes going to his next closest challenger. He’s been president since 2003. His wife and children all hold prominent positions in parliament. It’s a family affair. Seems like the perfect place for the squeaky clean image of international sports to have a car race.
The F1 ChatPod is two longtime friends, Milkbags and J.B. talking F1 in a way only poeple on the outside can. Unlike punditry that is worried about job security and paddock access, the F1 ChatPod is completely independent. Expect juicy gossip, baseless speculation and unbridled opinions.
Milkbags is a longtime F1 fan and comedian in Vancouver and JB is a psychotherapist-in-training in Toronto.
