Evil sought to crucify Him. The enemy sought and still seeks to silence Him!! Today, with our life-living, we must honor, praise, worship, and adore Him. If Jesus is truly the reason for the season, find God’s word to walk in His will and in His way, and exemplify the Language of God’s undying love, every season, every hour, each and every day! Do it in His honor and for His birthday. Remember, the Wise Men sought Him, and so should you and I!! God Bless you and yours this Christmas! Have a prosperous and God-lit New Year!

In ‘The fierce urgency of now,’ we must embrace our true identity, of who we are, whose we are, and God’s divine purpose in and for our lives. Such open, honest personal revelation will render us unapologetically, the righteousness of God! Today, today marks the “fierce urgency of your right now!” God gave this day to you, so seize the moment!

According to Matthew 11:28-30, “Come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Now back in earlier times, a yoke was a piece designed to tie together and control oxen or animals, even to maintain control over slaves. In God’s Word, it refers to you and I becoming yoked (or completely intermingled/entangled) with God and his Word, to the point that we are inseparable. I urge you, get yoked to God and His word today, for your ultimate peace and divine safety. It will absolutely change your life for the better! It will always make you better and never bitter!!

Please, keep your eyes, heart and faith firmly fixed on and in God. He did not bring us this far to bring us just this far. Never forget that this is not a race of speed but a life living of virtuous deeds. It is not about how fast you get to your destination, but how your journey honors God. Keep your eyes and your thoughts on Him, and put all of your faith and trust in Him. He is Jehovah Shalom, The fulfillment and finisher of Wholistic, perfected peace.

Change Must Come

According to God’s word in Matthew 7:16, “You shall know them by their fruits.” Now fruits are translated into ‘deeds,’ so you will always know others and be known, yourself, by ‘deeds;’ not what you say, but what you do. Unfortunately, it is no longer a secret, White Evangelicals have overwhelmingly supported, and still stand firmly with Donald Trump. This is the reality of the longstanding practice of racism that is deeply embedded in the Christian religion, and widely accepted as ‘the norm.’ Mr. Trump has provided Evangelicals a safe platform, upon which they can quietly share their views. In spite of the overt racism, Joseph Biden and Kamala Harris have won the 2020 elections for President, and for the first time in the history of our country, an African American woman will serve as Vice President of the United States. Still, greater change must come.

Indeed, we are in a ‘State of Urgency.’ A time when everything we hold near and dear is at stake. Our system of Democracy was meant to cater to the diverse needs of ‘All,’ and the Democratic process was designed to allow everyone equal access and the opportunity to have all of our collective voices heard, regardless of race, origin, or personal ideals. While our ‘State of Urgency,’ still remains, I urge you to just keep counting. Keep counting the number of times, God has already come through and worked out every issue, every matter, and every force that has stood against us. Keep counting on God, to intervene and remedy our ‘State of Urgency,’ as He always works best when it appears all has, all is, or all will be lost. However, I caution you, no matter what it looks like, and when all hope is gone, do not count God out, but just keep counting, because a breakthrough is on the way. Just keep praying and believing, patiently keep the faith, and keep counting!

No matter what you find yourself waiting for, I urge you to “Wait patiently on the Lord.” Just know that waiting is a part of life, and a necessity to grow our faith and patience. I need you to respect the process and become better at waiting; having more grace under fire. If you trust in our God, He will always, always show up and handle the matter, as only He can. If you believe that He will show up and take care of your issues, you will exercise your faith, trusting and believing that God is working on your behalf and in your favor. You have got to believe with everything in you, in order to wait for Him with patience and certainty; after all, God is not a God of uncertainty. His word has said He is El Shaddai, the God of more than enough. God’s word also reminds us that ‘He Can and Will supply All of our needs according to His riches in glory.’ That means that ‘the God of more than enough,’ who has everything, will also supply our every need. Unlike an individual that you or I may depend upon, God is omnipotent and the only thing He cannot do is fail. Obey the words of Psalm 27:14, “Wait on the Lord, be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart; wait, I say, on the Lord.”

Within this house, she is a wife, a mother, friend, advocate, mate, confidant, lover, caretaker, caregiver, disciplinarian, Prayer Warrior, wife, accountant, banker, teacher, leader, prayer partner, follower, servant, help-meet and so much more. She infects others with her attitude of God’s Will being done and affect all who are in the house. According to 3 John 1:2, “Beloved, I wish above all things that you prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers.” In order to maintain the hope of wellness and prosperity that God intended for each of us, He has strategically placed every one of you fearless ‘Keepers of the house’ in position for such a time as this. I am counting on each of you to ensure that EVERYONE and I do mean EVERYONE gets out and votes to improve our present and secure a brighter future. Our vote is our voice; as ‘Keepers of the house,’ we are to make certain that every voice is heard!
