Last week, Pastor Riggen began identifying three important distinctive doctrines that identify an Apostolic church. On today’s podcast, he continues by addressing the second doctrine which is unique to those churches which follow the Apostles’ teachings.
It has been said that there are 30,000 different denominations in the world today. While many hold to the same basic beliefs, they divide over some small difference. With that being the case, Pastor Riggen outlines the important distinctives that should cause us to be drawn to a particular church.
When Paul met some disciples of John the Baptist, he immediately began to question them. Although the Bible calls the men believers, the questions Paul asked were probing and personal. Nevertheless, they are questions EVERY believer should be willing to answer. On today’s podcast, Pastor Riggen deals with the second of these questions, and explains why they are extremely important for believers today.

When asked what one must do in order to find salvation, many Christians respond by saying that a person must “Accept the Lord as their Personal Savior, and they’ll be saved.” While this may be the most popular response, is it, in fact, the true, Biblical response? On today’s episode, Pastor Riggen addresses this important question.
