James Dunne a professional Sports Rehabilitation Therapist in the U.K. started his private practice in 2011.
Wanting to stick out in his profession he turned to blogging and social media to provide content and get people through his door. He produced a 30 day challenge for runners as a free product to get them to subscribe.
With the 30 day challenge being a huge hit. James felt there was something missing..... the community aspect.
The idea of having a community where people can go through the challenge together really struck a chord with James.
This is when James decided to start his Facebook Group, Transform You're Running.
His group does just that.
It is highly engaged and quite a friendly and helpful place to be. If you don't run being in this group can change that.
