There’s life in the breath!
In this message, Pastor Andy Williamson continues leading us on our “Journey to the Upper Room”. He dives into the nature of the relationship between Jesus and the Holy Spirit, and into the foundation of BREATH from which the Holy Spirit takes His name.
It is through breath that Christ created all we see and don’t see… And through the breath of the Holy Spirit that the church is filled and empowered to do incredible things!
Just as the upper room was filled with a mighty wind, may the Holy Spirit be poured out on us today!
A life of abundance is accessible to all of us!
In this message, Pastor Andy Williamson introduces us to a power player standing in our corner: the Holy Spirit. As we begin a series taking us toward the Upper Room on the day of Pentecost, Pastor Andy teaches us that the key to unlocking a rich and satisfying life lies in the presence of the Holy Spirit!
He is our Helper, our Healer, our Intercessor, and Advocate! And if Christ said it’s in our best interest for Him to leave so the Holy Spirit could come to us…we better listen!
We receive an outpouring of the Holy Spirit today!
There’s no need to walk in darkness!
In this special Baptism Sunday message, Pastor Andy Williamson takes us to John 8 and Christ’s promise that “If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.”
We don’t serve a God who wants to entrap us; we serve a God who wants to help us so we don’t have to stumble in darkness! We won’t don’t have to look for answers and hope… Because we have the light that leads to life!
As we celebrate the lives of those who’ve chosen to follow Jesus and be baptized, may we never forget the light that we’ve been given!
If you thought the Easter story was unlikely, just as unlikely is one of its biggest players!
In this special Easter message, Pastor Andy Williamson takes us back to the root of the salvation story. As we relive the brutality of the cross and the joy of the resurrection, we’re reminded of the cost of our freedom, and the great victory Christ claimed when He walked out of the tomb!
But not just that… Jesus then chose to ignite the fire of the Gospel using the most unlikely of persons: Mary Magdalene, the once demon possessed woman.
God takes joy in using the most unlikely people for the most unthinkable miracles! And just as He chose the broken and unqualified then, He’s ready to use YOU now!
You can’t experience what God is doing if your senses aren’t awakened to see it!
In this special Palm Sunday message, Pastor Andy Williamson sets the stage for us the experience Christ’s triumphal entry in a real way. As we place ourselves on the streets of Jerusalem two thousand years ago, we understand the symbolism of what that moment meant.
While Israel wanted deliverance from earthly oppression, Jesus rode into Jerusalem to bring deliverance from spiritual bondage. So today we celebrate the true victory Palm Sunday symbolizes: victory over sin and the grave!
In this message, Pastor Andy Williamson takes us on a deep dive into Jewish Passover tradition, and what that Last Supper meal would have been like for Jesus and His disciples.
While Jesus’s followers looked to Him for deliverance from the political and military authorities of the time, Jesus showed them (and us) through the symbolism of Passover the TRUE freedom that was to come through His death and resurrection!
We’ll miss the weight of the Last Supper if we don’t understand Passover… As we look in detail at scriptural accounts of Christ’s Passover meal with the disciples, and as we consider the traditions and customs tied to that event, our understanding of our own salvation will grow!
It’s less about DOING, and more about DANCING!
In this message, Pastor Andy Williamson takes us to John 15 and the Jesus’ beautiful illustration of the true grapevine. Whereas too many of us strive for the fruitfulness it speaks of, we’re looking at it all wrong! Fruitfulness shouldn’t be what we strive for; fruitfulness should be a byproduct of being in sync with our Savior.
Love is like dancing…and Jesus wants to share that dance with us! As we draw closer to our Savior and fall into His rhythm, we’ll find the fruitfulness of our lives will happen on its own.
You can’t win a fight if you don’t know what you’re fighting for.
In this message, Pastor Andy Williamson continues teaching us what’s required to receive fresh fire from heaven: fresh remembrance. Drawing on the Psalms of David, Pastor Andy shows us how David constantly reminded himself of who God is, what He has done in the past, and the assurance that God held his future. And this constant remembrance of the character of God is what allowed David to receive fresh fire and Spirit from heaven.
The same is still true today! Through every distraction, we must call to mind the heart God we serve. And as we keep our eyes on Him, we’ll find the Spirit of God descending on us as well.
Yesterday’s meal won’t sustain you today. And it’s the same way with the Holy Spirit.
In this message, Pastor Andy Williamson teaches us that a past encounter with the Spirit is not enough to sustain us indefinitely. Each day requires fresh discipline as we seek out the Spirit, and put in the work to make our relationship with Him grow.
We MUST stay hungry, friends… Yesterday’s meal won’t keep us fed today. May we receive a new portion of the Spirit each day!
God may be wanting to move in your life in more powerful ways than you realize.
In this message, Pastor Andy Williamson takes us to Mark 6 and the encounter Jesus had with the crowds in His hometown. Scripture tells us that because of their unbelief, Jesus was unable to perform great miracles in Nazareth, except to lay hands on a few sick people and heal them.
This begs the question: what miracles are we missing out on because we aren’t postured to receive them?
The work of God and the pouring out of His Spirit require complete surrender from us! We will always receive our miracles in part, so long as we cling tighter to our own agendas than to His leading. To see God move in greater ways than we can imagine…we must be willing to fully surrender!
