It's been some time, but I don't want to be afraid of being vulnerable anymore. I'm excited to bring this back, connect with people and most importantly I'm excited to #FailFoward and be better.
The first guest on Failing Forward has arrived! The wonderful Cherie Novecosky. Cherie has an in-depth view of mental health and her approach to her our struggles. In sharing her story she hopes to create connections with people who may have walked a similar path. You are not alone and in sharing our stories and being vulnerable we create connections.
Kelcey and Cherie go through the waves of emotions from growing up and learning how to be your own advocate for your mental health. We hope you enjoy this episode and know that we are #failingforward with you.

Episode 3 brings us Kelcey's feelings surrounding "soon" and "next year". She asks you to challenge yourself to use the words, soon, hopefully and next year less. Instead of hoping let's start acting on our wishes.
Kelcey also answers question that were sent in and there may be a special guest who stops in! Thank you for giving us your side Tyler.

Trigger Warning: includes mentions of suicide. Listener discretion advised.
*Note from Kelcey; "This episode is nowhere near perfect or exactly how I want it. That is okay because I am trying to be a little "messy" to fight my anxiety/OCD and I know I can and I will do better."
Kelcey starts her first episode alone. Speaking on your own can be scary but we all have a story to tell. This episode dives deep into how Kelcey became willing to open up and get help for her own mental health struggles. She hopes in hearing this it will help you or someone you know ask for help when they need. You are never alone. Let's begin #failingforwardtogether
