Townsend is the founder of 100% DAD. Their mission is to spread awareness to dads on of how vital their role is not only to their wife and kids, but to their community as well.

Before Townsend and his family sold their house and started touring the country in their 100% Dad wrapped RV he was a successful business owner. At the age of 24 he started a coffee vending and distribution company that became very successful in its first years but not without a cost...LOADS OF DEBT.

This week's episode I had the chance to talk to Ms. Donna Reine. Donna is a fashion stylist and business owner who I hired to help my husband revamp his wardrobe.

I met her through a mutual friend but I never knew how hard she hustles until sitting down with her for this episode of Failure Fridays. Donna was working a 9-5 job at a large company and while on Thanksgiving break a co-worker passed away. This wasn't just any employee either. This was someone that had worked at the company for over 20 years and brought light to peoples lives.

Instead of holding a memorable or even a team meeting all the company did was send out an email. This infuriated her and went against her morals. How could a company be so inhuman she asked herself which led her to quitting her job immediately and starting her own business. She rather die trying to accomplish her dreams than die in a cubicle for an employer who would replace her in a heartbeat

Brandon and I met a few months back when we were both guests on a podcast together. What caught my eye was his amazing ability to communicate and talk on camera which gave me the impression he had been doing it for a while...

A.D. Williams is the co-author of our book Mansa’s Little Reminders and the V.P. of Operations at a hospital in Detriot, Michigan.

It's still very early in A.D. 's career, however he's been able to rise in his industry very quickly due to his amazing leadership abilities. Being the eldest of 10 children taught him at an early age the importance of communication and how to deal with different personalities which we discuss in this episode.

Though highly successful at what he does now his original goal was to become an engineer. In this week's episode A.D. walks us through the failure of not being able to pass his engineering classes, begging for a chance to apply to business school, and switching career paths.
