In 2013 Heather was at work when she got a phone call that would change her life forever. She was told to go to the hospital immediately where she was informed that her son, Steven, had drowned. News articles were written about her family's tragedy where people criticized her for not putting her son in ISR Lessons. She immediately started doing research and decided she would dedicate her career to being an ISR Instructor to prevent other families from going through the pain she endured with the death of her son.

Ayesha first started her fight through the ups and downs of her collegiate track career. She lost her scholarship and had to work her way back to the top eventually gaining it back. After college she used her competitiveness from sports to fight her way to a spot in one of the best nursing programs in the nation that eventually lead to her becoming a Nurse Anesthetist.

Cydney is the author and creator of the cook book series A Country Girl's Guide. Her first book in the series is called A Country Girl's Guide to Thanksgiving and she has plans to release a book for every holiday.

However, before she had her successful cook book she was simply a college student contemplating what exactly she wanted to do with her life. She was majoring in Entrepreneurship because she knew she wanted to start her own business and be her own boss. Using YouTube to learn how to launch her business she realized she could learn more on her own than in college so instead of coming back for another semester she went on a limb to pursue her dreams.
