In today's episode of Failure to Success, I have spoken about how inspiration plays a pivotal role in our lives & helps us become unlimited. I have also narrated an inspirational story "The Two Falcons" which teaches us a very important lesson, We have to develop our capacities and potentialities and take the leap of faith as the saying goes: "The bird's trust is not in the branch on which it rests, but in its own wings".

When we watch movies and see celebrities, we think they are very lucky people. Because they are rich, luxury living and luxury cars. People respect them a lot. But people know little about the problems and struggle they fought to achieve success. In todays episode of Failure to Success I have talked about how its never too late to dream & start a new journey in our lives.  This is a story of Boman Irani who faced who faced several failures in his early life but he never gave up and followed his dream to be an actor. He lost his father in at a very early age, he was surrounded by women in his house like his mother, 3 elder sisters, five maasis, chaachis etc he had not heard of a male voice which left a big impact on his childhood. He had a speech impairment & use to talk like "Virus" a character he played in 3 idiots, this got him a lot of inferiority complex. He worked as a waiter at a hotel, he also took care of a bakery for 12 long years for  living but never gave up on his dream. But, overcoming all his struggles, he became a famous photographer before he forayed into acting.

Since then, he has entertained the masses with appreciated roles in movies such as Munnabhai M.B.B.S, Lage raho Munna Bhai, 3 Idiots, Khosla ka Ghosla, etc.

In today's episode of Failure to Success, I have spoken about how a woman plays an important role in our society. How her life gets impacted, when her family and society doesn't support her. Later I have also narrated story of India's first female teacher Savitribai Phule, who was a great educationalist , social  reformer and who did lot for women rights. She went against the every bad practice, stood her ground and played a very vital role in improving women's right in India. She is regarded as the mother of Indian feminism.

In today's episode of failure to success I have shared few tips on how can we have a positive attitude and mindset in life. I have also narrated a motivational incident from Honorable APJ Abdul Kalam's  life, How this one incident transformed him and gave him the purpose of his life.

In today's episode of Failure to Success, I have spoken about why childhood is an important phase of life and how toys helps to shape the personality of children. Why it is important to give children an environment where they can explore and use their creative ability and imagination? Related to this I have also narrated the Story of The Lego Brand. It's a story about a Man Ole kirk, a skilled carpenter who started this company. Its a story about his passion for toys. In spite of multiple failures during his journey like fire in his factory, bankruptcy etc he never gave up building on his dream.

In today's episode of failure to success I have spoken about how healthy life style can help us to stay focused in life. I have also spoken about how few people have a great will power, and how they achieve impossible things through their vision and dedication. I have narrated a story of Armstrong Pame, who is  an IAS officer and belongs to Zeme tribe . It's a story about the hardships he faced in his life and then since childhood he dreamt of becoming an IAS officer. His village did not have a proper connectivity through roads and unfortunately government was not helping them build it. So he decided to build this 100 km road connecting Manipur, Nagaland & Assam without any government money. He achieved this task with lots of dedication that's why he is known as a "Miracle Man" of India.

As a Republic day is approaching, today's episode is very special to my heart. We all know that on this day India's constitution was formed in year 1950 by the drafting committee which was headed by Dr BR Ambedkar. However, lot of us are not aware that there was a team of 15 women in the same drafting committee who was responsible for drafting the Indian constitution. In this episode I have spoken about them and their lives without whose contribution the Indian constitution would not have been possible.

In today's episode of failure to success, I have spoken about why we should decide our goals and when we decide our goals, how easy it becomes to achieve them. I have also narrated an untold story of the famous Iconic Biscuit Brand Parle-G.  It's a wonderful story about how it started and how since last 90 years they are serving their customers and  maintaining their quality standards. In spite of such a huge competition, Parle G has still maintained its position in the market & it is the most preferred biscuit in India even after so many years. 

In this episode of Failure to success, I have spoken about how last year has given bitter and sweet memories. How many of us have gone through a lots of tough time. However there are many who utilized this lock down in a constructive way and transformed themselves. 

I have also narrated an inspirational story of Subhashini Mistry, who lost her husband just because she couldn't afford to pay and due to ignorance and lack medical facilities. It was a setback for her, but in these adverse times she didn't become bitter, in fact she took a pledge to build a hospital where poor and needy people who dont have enough money can be given free services.

In this episode of Failure to Success, I have written and narrated a story about a small girl, this tells us that children are innocent, they have a clear thinking and they express what they feel. There emotions need to be heard, if we do not come down to their level and connect with them we cannot understand what their feelings are. Sometimes as a parents we give them our beliefs and prejudices which we received from our upbringing. This story also touches upon a very important aspect of parenting that children dont do what we ask them, they do what parents do through role modelling.
