Jordan and Liam believe that education plays an important and key role in addressing homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in schools. I agree with them, I think the earlier you talk about these topics, the better you can prevent discrimination and its challenges.

In this episode, Jordan and Liam tell us about their impactful work with teachers and young people to achieve their educative mission. On top of that, they share how to understand the impact words and language used can have on other people. You'd be surprised how we (people) commonly use some offensive words... I’m so excited to share with you the Fair Tale of Danae Shell. She is the co-founder and CEO of Valla, a technology company that helps people use their rights to deal with discrimination, harassment and bullying at work.  I really admire her because she’s one of those people who make a real change in our societies. In this episode Danae talks about her past experiences of discrimination being a women at a senior level in the tech industry. What is very inspiring about Danae is that her bad experience led her to create Valla with her co-founder Kate. They help people to label and assessing those discriminatory situations, and they provide legal protection options and actions to undertake.
