Gzhala Khan, is half Pakistan, half Scottish and Deputy Director of WSREC (West of Scotland Regional Equality Council), a 50th years old organisation championing equalities.
This Fair Tale is about Gzhala day-to-day role working with people from minority ethnics communities who face direct and indirect discrimination in the workplace.
She gives examples of all the psychology behind misconceptions and stereotypes and how to change unconscious bias on how people perceive diversity in the workplace.
It is very important to discuss and acknowledge these unconscious bias.
