The game of golf has long been thought to be for people who aren't as athletic as other sports. But in the last 20 years the game has shifted to one which athletes play.
And when athletes are playing, they have to train like athletes.
This is where a lot of golfers, not just one who have aspirations of being an elite level player, get lost with the benefits of fitness. They don't know where to start, and what it should look like.
