What if the life that looks right is the very thing keeping you from the life that feels alive?
In this episode, I sit down to create butterfly postcards with Danny and have a conversation about surrender, imagination, identity, and the strange, beautiful courage it takes to let an old version of yourself die before you know what comes next.
We talk about the abyss. The chrysalis. The ego’s obsession with control. The eroticism of being alive. And what becomes possible when we stop treating life as something to master and begin meeting it as something to play with.
This conversation felt like a portal into a world where we are allowed to dream again. Where art is not decoration, but remembrance. Where transformation doesn’t happen through force, but through surrender.
Maybe the butterfly already exists inside us. Maybe we just have to trust the becoming.

About Guest:
Danny Canton II is a New York-based visual artist and the creator of REVELATION, a photography-based body of work that reveals the invisible world and infinite potential within and around us. His practice traces back to a 2010 awakening, an experience in which, as he describes it, reality dissolved and he could see beyond the firmament and to a second, artistic awakening in New York in 2021. Rooted in the physical, quantum world, his imagery evokes microscopy, sacred geometry, neural networks, and cosmic structure, and divinity of the Soul.

Today, I’m sitting down with fellow artist Sierra, creating butterfly postcards and having a conversation about what it means to create from alignment rather than ambition, why rejection can quietly become a compass, and how the moments that feel like everything is falling apart often become the beginning of something far more authentic.
From the role of art as a bridge between the visible and invisible, to childhood experiences of questioning reality, synchronicities in nature, shadow work, and the delicate balance between structure and surrender, this conversation moves through the spaces we rarely give ourselves permission to inhabit.
At its heart is a shared belief: that creativity isn't something we force—it is something we learn to receive.
If you've ever felt caught between logic and intuition, certainty and mystery, or the pressure to have life figured out while quietly sensing there's another way, this conversation offers a gentle invitation back to yourself.

In this episode, I’m making butterfly postcards with my guest Tinne as we talk about movement, friendship, travel, music, and the quiet ways people become part of our lives.

What happens when a woman begins to trust her body again?
In this episode, I’m creating butterfly postcards in studio with Rucsandra as we talk about embodiment, women’s health, nervous system patterns, and the ways women learn to disconnect from themselves.
Rucsandra shares her path from movement teaching to Pilates, osteopathy, and body-based work with women. We explore how fear, pain, stress, and old emotional patterns can live in the body, and how healing begins when we stop trying to force the body into submission and start listening to what it actually needs.
Together, we talk about self-authority, rest, beauty, burnout, women’s bodies, and the deeper intelligence that becomes available when we allow the body to remember its own way forward.
Highlights:
About Rucsandra:

With more than two decades of experience in movement, nervous system regulation, and embodied transformation, she has guided thousands of women toward greater strength, radiance, and self-authority. We talk about the pull between structure and creativity, the magic of living in New York, and how travel teaches you to trust yourself and follow what feels alive.
Together, we explore the butterfly effect of small decisions, the beauty of chosen paths, and how even heartbreak can become the doorway into something unexpectedly meaningful.

What if being yourself isn’t something to perfect, but something to keep practicing?
In this episode, I’m joined by Mina as we create butterfly postcards and talk about creativity, spirituality, perfectionism, and the pressure to always be doing enough.
Mina shares her path into Reiki, breath-work, and spiritual work, and how those practices have helped her move through anxiety, sensitivity, and doubt. We talk about flow state, collective overwhelm, redefining success, and the importance of creating from joy instead of obligation.
Together, we explore what it means to stay open in a world that often feels heavy, and how small, honest acts of expression can ripple outward in ways we may never fully see.
Highlights:
About Mina:
Mina (she/her), founder of Sweetie Pie Angel Club, is an Iranian-American Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, artist, emotional influencer, and vibe curator based between Brooklyn and the online sphere. A Los Angeles native turned Brooklyn creative, she’s been holding healing space since 2016.

What if the hardest chapters of your life weren’t here to break you… but to introduce you to a deeper version of yourself? This episode is for anyone moving through illness, grief, or profound life shifts — and learning how to hold all the versions of who they’ve been. If you’ve ever struggled to reconcile your past with who you’re becoming, this conversation offers a more compassionate, expansive way to see it all.
Today, I’m creating butterfly postcards in the studio with Lydia — a cancer survivor and intuitive healer — as we explore the layered transformations that shape us through life’s most intense experiences. Together, we reflect on what it means to live through something that changes you completely… and then learn how to love yourself because of it.
Lydia shares her journey through cancer, emotional upheaval, and identity shifts, revealing how illness became a catalyst for self-awareness, humility, and a deeper relationship with life itself. We talk about the courage it takes to face yourself honestly — to see where you’ve caused harm, where you’ve been hurt, and how both can become pathways to growth.
We also explore the idea of holding multiple versions of ourselves — past, present, and future — and how true healing comes from integrating them, not rejecting them. Through the lens of the butterfly, we look at the “chrysalis state” as a necessary phase of disorientation and transformation, rather than something to escape.
Highlights:
About Lydia:
Lydia Slavutin was born and raised on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. She graduated Bard College in 2009 with a BA in Creative Writing and Literature. Slavutin currently resides with her cat Pocket in Greenpoint, BK where she also runs a shop named Sol Invictus - Unconquerable Sun. Her favorite affirmation is: find and follow your inner light.

What if the chaos in your life wasn’t something to fix, but something to trust?
Today, I’m creating butterfly postcards in the studio with my guest Melissa as we explore the quiet, powerful transformations woven through her life. Through motherhood, art, and community, we look at how growth doesn’t happen all at once but that it unfolds in layers, over time.
Melissa shares her journey of navigating different identities and environments, and how each phase has shaped her. We talk about the role of community, not just as something we desire, but something we have to actively learn how to be part of and the subtle ways it challenges and expands us.
This episode is for anyone moving through change, craving deeper connection, or learning how to hold multiple versions of themselves at once.
Highlights:
About Melissa:
Melissa Callender is a Brooklyn-based artist, writer, yoga teacher, and postpartum doula whose work explores patience, transition, and embodied attention. Working primarily through blind contour drawing and text, her practice centers on slowness as both method and ethic. Offering herself an invitation to remain present with what is unfolding rather than rushing toward resolution.
Drawing from her background in yoga and meditation, Melissa’s work is deeply informed by listening: to the body, to breath, to subtle internal rhythms. Her interdisciplinary approach reflects a longstanding interest in thresholds, thresholds between rest and effort, holding and releasing, certainty and unknowing. Alongside her visual practice, she is a writer whose work often parallels similar themes of care, inner life, and the quiet labor of becoming.
Melissa is a BFA graduate from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she studied design and woodworking. She now teaches yoga and meditation, and leads workshops that integrate creativity, embodiment, and reflection. Through both her art and teaching, she creates spaces that value process over product and tenderness over mastery, encouraging a softened relationship to attention, time, and imperfection.

What if transformation isn’t about choosing one identity — but allowing yourself to evolve beyond all of them? This episode is for anyone navigating identity shifts, questioning where they belong, or learning how to evolve without losing themselves. If you’ve ever felt torn between where you come from and who you’re becoming, this conversation offers a grounded way to hold both.
Today, I’m creating butterfly postcards in the studio with my guest Max as we reflect on the transformations that shape us over time. Through his story, we explore what it means to outgrow identities, face life’s challenges, and step into new ways of living.
Max shares his personal evolution — from moments of uncertainty to embracing new paths and passions. We talk about the tension of loving where you come from while also questioning it as it evolves and changes, and what it means to examine your roots honestly, without turning away from them.
We also explore the broader desire for change — not just personally, but collectively. What does it look like to move toward a world rooted in freedom, understanding, and real representation?
If you’ve been feeling in-between versions of yourself, this episode offers a steady reframe:
Highlights:
About Max:

What if transformation wasn’t something you rushed, but something you lived, slowly, over time? This episode is for anyone navigating change, questioning their path, or feeling the pressure to “figure it all out” too quickly. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by growth, or unsure how to trust your own evolution, this conversation offers a steadier, more grounded way forward.
Today, I’m creating butterfly postcards in the studio with energy worker Manu — someone whose life reflects decades of lived transformation. Together, we explore what it really means to evolve, not through instant awakenings, but through years of experience, trial, and integration.
Manu shares her personal journey, from early spiritual sensitivity to becoming her own experiment — revealing how intuition, healing, and consciousness develop over time. We talk about mentorship, synchronicity, and the courage it takes to trust your path without needing a blueprint.
We also examine the tension between modern spirituality and real life — how growth isn’t about escaping the world, but how to stay grounded within it. From heartbreak and chance encounters to deeper questions around lineage, culture, and identity, this conversation invites a more honest relationship with change.
Highlights:
About Manu:
Manu River Del Prete is an energy healing facilitator, channeller, psychic ability coach, Galactic Akashic reader, past life regression therapist, and Feng Shui and Space Clearing practitioner. She has devoted over three decades to exploring invisible energies. Through her teaching, coaching, and practice—from medical intuition to life alignment and shifting—Manu integrates psychic, physical, and metaphysical energies. She assists clients in experiencing an awareness they already possess, through which greater health and well-being can be achieved.
For the past 10 years, Manu has taught energy healing certification classes (Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy & Earth Evolution Reiki), various levels of intuition and psychic development, and Akashic reading certification courses with a specialization in Galactic history.
Her teachings empower people to break away from hierarchical models in spiritual and metaphysical arts while preserving and respecting ancient lineages. Her approach is down to earth, authentic, accessible to all, and evolving alongside the collective expansion of consciousness.
