Dr. Colleen Reilly is the Dean of the Center of Excellence in Visual and Performing Arts at Houston Community College. The F2F Music Foundation has joined HCCS to partner in furthering opportunities for students to engage in the arts. With the pandemic in the rear view mirror, HCCS and F2F have some exciting plans for face to face events in the next 12 months.
