For this “in-between” Sunday we celebrated the king who came at Christmas and the king who is coming again! This will wrap up our advent series. 

Our Christmas Eve service is a simple family service with plenty of carols, a children’s story time, encouraging message, and candle lighting. All are welcome.

This week we begin the season of Advent with a new series “A King Is Coming” exploring Jesus throughout scripture to live in hope for the future.

This week we conclude our ‘Wrestling with God’ series focused on fundamental of faith and common questions and objections. This Sunday we ask why God is sometimes silent, why prayers goes unanswered, or we feel nothing. Why won’t God just say something?

Today is the second-last entry in our series called “Wrestling with God”. Here is what we’ll wrestle with today: Why does God let me experience suffering? If God is a loving Father worthy of trust as we wrestled with last Sunday, why does He let me experience suffering?

We are now most of the way through a series called "Wrestling with God" where we have been exploring some common questions about Christianity and looking at some subjects that are stumbling blocks for many people when they are considering Christian Faith or trying to live it out. So here is what we will wrestle with today: Can I count on God to actually work for my good? 

This week the "Wrestling With God" series takes us into our relationship with the Bible. Do problem passages cause you to wrestle? What does it mean to declare the Bible "Holy" or "God's Word"?
