Family relationships -- how do we all get along, how do our elders lead, what is the role of a deacon, what do we do about defiantly sinner so-called believers in the church family, why is the church called a family, a body and a fellowship? . . . all answered in the final message of our church membership series.

What are our main priorities at FBC? What is so encouraging is that these priorities are not only for the Church, but for YOU, and your home, your life, your work, marriage and family.

Membership #3 sermon will be our approach to teaching and doctrine, helping you understand why we teach the way we do and hold the doctrine we embrace. There will be some difficult issues discussed and some controversy exposed, so don’t miss this week.

Our Membership #2 message focuses on the Gospel from Ephesians 2:1 to 10, with a clear emphasis on the Doctrines of Grace--God’s sovereignty in salvation.

What is the local church and your role in it? We are updating and clarifying church membership in 2013 to talk about some issues that seem rather shocking to Christians today. We hope that this series creates some intense discussion on your part in the coming weeks.

Most disappointment in life is the result of people or circumstances not happening in the way that we believe is best. Frustration, resentment, and anger are caused by dissatisfaction over what's happening in life. In 2 Kings 5, we see how differently God often works from what we expect.

Jesus is about to authorize His apostles to be His divinely assigned proxies in word and power, and in the process He’ll show us how He trains men. We’ll discover the uniqueness of the apostles back then, and how we can serve Christ effectively today.
