God is Good ALL the Time

Jesus often got into trouble with the Pharisees and other religious leaders for what he and his disciples did on the Sabbath. In Mark 2:23-28 he reminds the Pharisees (and his disciples) that “The Sabbath is made for man, not man for the Sabbath.” What does Jesus mean by this, and what is the invitation he is making to those who listen?
